ألا يكون قد سبق الحكم عليه بعقوبة جناية أو بعقوبة مقيدة للحرية في جنحة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة ما لم ما لم يكن قد رُد إليه اعتباره في الحالتين؛

He must never have been convicted of a criminal offence or sentenced to prison for an offence against honour or security, unless officially rehabilitated in either case;

No deberá haber sido declarado culpable de un delito ni haber sido condenado a prisión por un delito contra el honor ni contra la seguridad, a menos que hubiera sido oficialmente rehabilitado;

Il ne doit jamais avoir été condamné pour une infraction pénale ou avoir été incarcéré pour outrage à l’honneur ou atteinte à la sécurité, à moins que son innocence n’ait été par la suite officiellement reconnue et qu’il n’ait été réhabilité;
