We have not been persuaded either that the finding of the Board of Referees that the applicant was not incapable by reason of his loss of hearing of performing the functions of suitable employment other than those of his regular or usual employment was erroneous or that the Board's finding was made in a perverse of capricious manner or without regard to the material before it.
