Forordning nr . 17 indeholder derfor ikke hensyn af proceduremaessig karakter, som hindrer Kommissionen i - i forbindelse med en begaering om oplysninger - at kraeve sig tilstillet dokumenter, som den ikke har kunnet tage kopi af eller afskrift af i forbindelse med en tidligere undersoegelse .

No consideration of a procedural nature inherent in Regulation No 17 thus prevents the Commission from requiring, for the purposes of a request for information, the disclosure of documents of which it was unable to take a copy or extract when carrying out a previous investigation .
