শিক্ষা জীবনে সব সময়ই অত্যন্ত মেধাবী ছাত্র বদরুদ্দোজা চৌধুরী এম.বি.বি.এস পরীক্ষায় প্রথম স্থান অধিকার করেন। তিনি এডিনবার্গ (১৯৬১) ও গ্লাসগোর (১৯৬১) রয়্যাল কলেজ অব ফিজিসিয়ানস থেকে এম.আর.সি.পি এবং ওয়েলস বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে (১৯৫৯) টিডিডি ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন।

All through a brilliant student he secured the first position in the MBBS examination.He obtained MRCP from Royal College of Physicians at Edinburgh (1961) and Glasgow (1961) and TDD from Wales University (1959).
