Financial authorities will be delegated to the management of the revolving fund unit who are responsible for fulfilling statutory requirements. Whenever the cash requirements of a revolving fund unit exceed the annual drawdown authority agreed with the Treasury Board through the ARLU process, the deputy head of the department responsible for the revolving fund unit will be accountable for providing a report to the Estimates Division of the Treasury Board Secretariat.
