তিনটি পিটিশন দায়ের হওয়ার পরও দুই প্রাক্তন কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী যশবন্ত সিনহা ও অরুণ শৌরি, আইনজীবী-সমাজকর্মী প্রশান্ত ভূষণও সর্বোচ্চ আদালতের দ্বারস্থ হয়ে আবেদন জানান, ওই ডিলে বেনিয়মের অভিযোগের প্রেক্ষিতে সিবিআইকে এফআইআর দায়ের করতে নির্দেশ দেওয়া হোক।
