Three workplan items common to all effects-oriented programmes were reported in a separate document (ECE/EB.AIR/WG.1/2009/16): (a) the key monitored and modelled parameters of annex 2 to the Guidelines on reporting of monitoring and modelling of air pollution effects (ECE/EB.AIR/2008/11; hereinafter, the Guidelines); (b) the merits of different options for target-setting in 2020 and non-binding aspirational targets for the year 2050; and (c) policy-relevant effects indicators and their links to integrated modelling.

Il a été rendu compte dans un document distinct (ECE/EB.AIR/WG.1/2009/16) de trois éléments du plan de travail communs à tous les programmes orientés vers les effets: a) paramètres clefs faisant l’objet d’une surveillance et de travaux de modélisation comme indiqué à l’annexe 2 des Directives pour la publication d’informations sur la surveillance et la modélisation des effets de la pollution atmosphérique (ECE/EB.AIR/2008/11, appelées ci-après les Directives); b) avantages respectifs des différentes options envisageables pour fixer des cibles à atteindre d’ici à 2020 et des cibles idéales non contraignantes pour 2050; et c) indicateurs des effets et liens entre ces indicateurs et la modélisation intégrée.

Три пункта плана работы, общие для всех ориентированных на воздействие программ, были представлены в отдельном документе (ECE/EB.AIR/WG.1/2009/16): а) основные наблюдаемые и смоделированные параметры, содержащиеся в приложении 2 к Руководящим принципам представления отчетности о мониторинге и моделировании воздействия загрязнения воздуха (ECE/EB.AIR/2008/11; далее − Руководящие принципы); b) преимущества различных вариантов установления целевых показателей на 2020 год и необязательных в юридическом отношении желательных целевых показателей на 2050 год; и с) важные для проводимой политики показатели воздействия и их увязка с разработкой комплексных моделей.
