وفيما يخصُّ تقليص التكاليف والفترات الزمنية المرتبطة بالترجمة التحريرية، سيق اقتراحٌ إضافي يشجِّع على استخدام ترجمات نموذجية أو كلمات رئيسية عند ترجمة المستندات المتكرِّرة، وذلك مثل جداول البيانات (spreadsheets) الضخمة التي تحمل عناوينَ مكتوبةً بالكلمات في حين يكون معظم محتواها أرقاماً.

In terms of reducing the cost and time involved in translations, an additional suggestion was made to encourage the use of template or key word translations for repetitive documents such as large spreadsheets with alphabetic headings but mostly numeric content.
