Ένα κράτος μέλος μπορεί να αποφασίσει να χρησιμοποιεί κανόνες που θεωρεί ισοδυνάμους προς εκείνους ενός αναγνωρισμένου οργανισμού μόνο υπό τον όρο ότι τους κοινοποιεί αμέσως στην Επιτροπή σύμφωνα με τη διαδικασία της οδηγίας #/ΕΟΚ, καθώς και στα άλλα κράτη μέλη, και υπό τον όρο ότι δεν έχουν αποτελέσει αντικείμενο ενστάσεων άλλου κράτους μέλους ή της Επιτροπής και δεν έχουν κριθεί, σύμφωνα με τη διαδικασία του άρθρου #, ως μη ισοδύναμοι

A Member State may decide to use rules it considers equivalent to those of a recognized organization only on the proviso that it immediately notified them to the Commission in conformity with the procedure of Directive #/EEC and to the other Member States and they are not objected to by another Member State or the Commission and found through the procedure of Article # not to be equivalent
