In the present world conjuncture, after the terrorist attack of September 11th, absolutely repudiated by everyone, became clear not only the instability between south and north and the growing gap among rich and poor, but the risks of the violence that is originated at the irrational acts, which jeopardizes all sorts of civilization.

En la actual conyuntura internacional, después del acto terrorista del 11 de setiembre, por todos repudiado, quedó más claro tanto el desequilibrio entre el norte y el sur y la separación creciente entre ricos y pobres lo mismo al peligro de la violencia originada de los irracionalismos que amenazan toda forma de civilización.
