[Solution] Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for external use that includes diclofenac and/or a salt thereof, a tocopherol and/or derivative thereof, and water, wherein by mixing in lactic acid and/or a salt thereof, yellowing that occurs over time or in high-temperature conditions can be suppressed, and excellent storage stability can be provided.

La solution porte sur une composition pharmaceutique pour usage externe comprenant du diclofénac et/ou son sel, un tocophérol et/ou son dérivé, et de l'eau, ladite composition, lorsqu'elle est mélangée dans de l'acide lactique et/ou son sel, permettant de supprimer le jaunissement qui se produit au cours du temps ou dans des conditions de température élevée et présentant une excellente stabilité au stockage.

【課題】本発明の目的は、水を含む外用医薬組成物中で、ジクロフェナク及び/又はその塩とトコフェロール及び/又はその誘導体とを含みながらも、経時的又は高温条件下で生じる黄変を抑制して、優れた保存安定性を備えさせ得る製剤技術を提供することである。 【解決手段】ジクロフェナク及び/又はその塩と、トコフェロール及び/又はその誘導体と、水とを含む外用医薬組成物において、乳酸及び/又はその塩を配合することによって、経時的又は高温条件下で生じる黄変を抑制でき、優れた保存安定性を備えさせ得る。
