(1) Der Bedienstete erhält unter den Voraussetzungen der allgemeinen Durchführungsbestimmungen für jedes mindestens fünf Jahre alte unterhaltsberechtigte Kind im Sinne des Artikels 2 Absatz 2 dieses Anhangs, das regelmäßig und vollzeitlich eine gebührenpflichtige Primar- oder Sekundarschule bzw. eine Hochschule besucht, eine Erziehungszulage in Höhe der ihm durch den Schulbesuch entstandenen Kosten bis zu einem monatlichen Höchstbetrag von EUR 221,50.

1. Subject to the conditions laid down in the general implementing provisions, a staff member shall receive an education allowance equal to the actual education costs incurred by him up to a maximum of EUR 221,50 per month for each dependent child, within the meaning of Article 2(2) of this Annex, who is at least five years old and in regular full-time attendance at a primary or secondary school which charges fees or at an establishment of higher education.

(1) Az általános végrehajtási rendelkezésekben meghatározott feltételek alapján e melléklet 2. cikkének (2) bekezdése szerint az alkalmazott a ténylegesen felmerült iskoláztatási költségekkel megegyező összegű, legfeljebb havi 221,50 euró iskoláztatási támogatásban részesül minden egyes, 5. életévét betöltött eltartott gyermek után, aki rendszeres nappali tagozatos képzésben vesz részt önköltséges általános iskolában vagy középiskolában illetve felsőoktatási intézményben.

(1) În condițiile stabilite de dispozițiile generale de aplicare a prezentului articol, agentul beneficiază de o alocație școlară destinată să acopere cheltuielile de școlarizare, în limita unui plafon lunar de 221,50 EUR, pentru fiecare copil aflat în întreținerea sa în sensul articolului 2 alineatul (2) din prezenta anexă, în vârstă de cel puțin cinci ani și care frecventează în mod regulat, cursurile de zi ale unei instituții de învățământ primar sau secundar superior cu plată sau ale unei instituții de învățământ superior.
