فإذا لم يكن نظام السجل مصمَّماً على هذا النحو، لن يتسنى استخراج الإشعار في نتيجة البحث ولن يعرف الطرف الثالث أنَّ عليه أن يتصل بالدائن المضمون، أو يتخذ خطوات أخرى، لمعرفة ما إذا الحذف مأذوناً به من الدائن المضمون.
