تطلب أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يقدّم جميع التسهيلات والمساعدات الضرورية للترويج للاتفاقية من خلال الحملة الإعلامية العالمية عن حقوق الإنسان وبرنامج الخدمات الاستشارية في ميدان حقوق الإنسان؛

Also requests the Secretary-General to provide all the facilities and assistance necessary for the promotion of the Convention through the World Public Information Campaign on Human Rights and the programme of advisory services in the field of human rights;

Pide también al Secretario General que proporcione todas las facilidades y la asistencia necesarias para la promoción de la Convención mediante la Campaña Mundial de Información Pública sobre los Derechos Humanos y el programa de servicios de asesoramiento en materia de derechos humanos;
