The present invention relates to an electrolyzer for producing sodium hypochlorite by electrolyzing brine such as salt water or seawater and the like, and more specifically to a horizontal non-membrane type electrolyzer of a new structure which can maintain a constant interval among electrode plates without using a welding means or an adhering means on the inside of a housing by including a separator for dividing an inner space of a hollow type housing into a plurality of electrode chambers; the electrode plates which are arranged in parallel to each other in the constant interval within a rectangular space part of the separator; and a fixing bar for fixing the separator to an inner wall of the housing.

La présente invention concerne un électrolyseur destiné à produire de l'hypochlorite de sodium en réalisant l'électrolyse de chlorure de sodium tel que celui contenu dans l'eau salée ou l'eau de mer et équivalents, et plus particulièrement un électrolyseur non-membranaire de type horizontal ayant une nouvelle structure pouvant maintenir un intervalle constant entre les plaques-électrodes sans utiliser de moyen de soudure ou de moyen d'adhésion à l'intérieur d'un boîtier comprenant un séparateur destiné à diviser un espace interne d'un boîtier de type creux en une pluralité de chambres d'électrodes; les plaques-électrodes qui sont disposées en parallèle l'une par rapport à l'autre dans l'intervalle constant à l'intérieur d'une partie spatiale rectangulaire du séparateur; et une barre de fixation destinée à fixer le séparateur à une paroi interne du boîtier.

본 발명은 소금물이나 바닷물 등 염수를 전기분해하여 차아염소산나트륨을 제조하는 전해조(電解槽)에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세히 설명하면 중공형 하우징의 내부공간을 다수개의 전극챔버로 분할하는 격리판과, 상기 격리판을 관통하는 사각형 공간부 내에 일정한 간격으로 나란히 배치된 전극판, 그리고 상기 격리판을 하우징 내벽에 고정시켜 주는 고정바로 이루어져서 있어서, 상기 하우징 내부에서는 용접이나 접착 수단을 전혀 사용하지 않고서도 상기 전극판을 일정한 간격으로 유지시킬수 있도록 구성된 새로운 구조의 수평형 비격막식 전해조에 관한 것이다.
