Die Aufgabe, ein kostengünstiges Verfahren zum Löten von im Wesentlichen flussmittelfreien Metallbauteilen zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit welchem auf ein aufwändiges Vakuumlöten verzichtet werden kann und dennoch eine ausreichend hohe Qualität der Lötstellen erzielt wird, wird durch ein gattungsgemäßes Lötverfahren dadurch gelöst, dass das die Metallbauteile und/oder die Lötstellen unmittelbar umgebende Schutzgasvolumen und dessen Wechselwirkung mit der übrigen Lötatmosphäre minimiert werden.

The problem of providing a cost-effective method of brazing essentially fluxless metal components with which expensive vacuum brazing can be dispensed with and yet a sufficiently high quality of the brazed locations is achieved, is solved by a brazing method of the type in question by virtue of the fact that the inert gas volume directly surrounding the metal components and/or the brazed locations and its interaction with the rest of the brazing atmosphere are minimized.

L'objectif de la présente invention est de créer un procédé peu onéreux pour braser des composants métalliques sensiblement exempts de flux, qui permet de supprimer un processus de brasage sous vide coûteux et d'obtenir néanmoins des joints brasés de qualité suffisamment élevée. A cet effet, le procédé selon l'invention réduit au maximum le volume de gaz protecteur entourant directement les composants métalliques et/ou les joints brasés, et l'interaction de ce volume de gaz protecteur avec le reste de l'atmophère de brasage.
