وفي 26 نيسان/أبريل 2011، أبلغت البعثة الدائمة الأمين العام بقيام إيطاليا بتزويد المجلس الانتقالي الوطني بمعدّات وقاية شخصية وبتوفيرها فريقا صغيرا من المستشارين العسكريين لتزويد مقر المجلس الانتقالي الوطني بالتوجيه والمشورة بشأن كيفية تنظيم هياكله الداخلية وتحديد أولوياته فيما يتعلق بالموارد وتحسين اتصالاته (S/2011/270).

On 26 April 2011, the Permanent Mission notified the Secretary-General of the supply of personal protective equipment to the National Transitional Council as well as the provision of a small team of military advisers to mentor and advise the National Transitional Council headquarters on how it might organize its internal structures, prioritize its resources and improve communications (S/2011/270).
