تتكون شعبة المحفوظات والفهرسة والتوزيع من موظف واحد من الفئة الفنية وخمسة موظفين من فئة الخدمات العامة، وهي مسؤولة عن فهرسة وتصنيف وخزن جميع المراسلات والوثائق الصادرة عن المحكمة أو الواردة إليها، وعن استحضار أي من هذه الوثائق عند الطلب في وقت لاحق.

The Archives, Indexing and Distribution Division, composed of one post in the Professional category and five in the General Service category, is responsible for indexing, classifying and storing all correspondence and documents received or sent by the Court, and for the subsequent retrieval of any such item as required.
