The peaks around it are more rounded, covered with lichen, yellow and green, the Reserve has a historic station nesting dotterel, presence of Ptarmigan (easily contactable during right) and other species typical of rocky or grassy tundra: Golden Plover, Meadow, Whimbrel. Groups attending the tundra reindeer in warm weather. The upper part, very scenic, is easily accessible by a dirt road that ends at 1002 meters above sea level (the road that reaches higher throughout Sweden).

Le cime intorno ad essa sono più arrotondate, coperte di lichene giallo e verde; la riserva presenta una storica stazione di nidificazione di Piviere Tortolino, presenza di Pernice bianca (facilmente contattabile nei periodi giusti) e di altre specie tipiche della tundra rocciosa o facilmente raggiungibile tramite uno sterrato che termina a 1002 metri di quota (la strada che arriva più in alto nell'intera Svezia).
