画像処理プログラム(GP)は、撮像装置により所定時間を隔てて撮影された第1画像及び第2画像を取得するステップ(S10)と、第1画像の局所領域の輝度分布を基準とし、第2画像の対応位置を含む近傍でブロックマッチングを行って、最もマッチングの高い領域の近似度を代表近似度とし、局所領域を順次移動させて細胞塊各部の代表近似度を算出するステップ(S40)と、算出された代表近似度に応じた複層化情報を出力するステップ(S50)とを備え、第1、第2画像から細胞塊の複層化の状態を判断可能な複層化情報を出力するように構成される。
