Among other reports worth mentioning is the 1975 report of the Group of Experts on the Structure of the United Nations System entitled “A new United Nations Structure for Global Economic Co-operation”, also known from the name of the Chairman as the Gardner Report, which recommended the establishment of a United Nations Development Authority which was to consolidate funds for technical cooperation and pre-investment activities.

Entre otros informes dignos de mención está el informe de 1975 del Grupo de Expertos sobre la estructura del sistema de las Naciones Unidas titulado "Una nueva estructura de las Naciones Unidas para la cooperación económica mundial", conocido también con el nombre de su Presidente como el Informe Gardner, en el que se recomendaba el establecimiento de una nueva Administración de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo que debería consolidar los fondos destinados a las actividades de cooperación técnica y preinversión.
