Since the concentrations of 3-indoleacetonitrile according to the present invention have a significantly high level of urine from patients with capillary thyroid carcinoma and a significantly low level of urine from normal people and a relatively simple method may be used to predict the diagnosis and prognosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma in the early stages thereof, the present invention may be useful as a marker for diagnosing papillary thyroid carcinoma.

본 발명에 따른 3-인돌아세토니트릴의 농도는 유두갑상선암 환자의 소변에서는 현저히 높고, 정상인의 소변에서는 현저히 낮게 나타나 비교적 간단한 방법으로 유두갑상선암의 진단 또는 예후를 조기에 예측할 수 있으므로, 유두갑상선암 진단용 마커로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
