Certified and approved copies of the global insurance contract mentioned under (a) shall be immediately transmitted to the TIR Executive Board by the competent authorities of each Contracting Party, together with certified copies of the approved written agreement or any other legal instrument concluded between the association and the competent authorities of the Contracting Party, as required in accordance with Annex 9, Part I, paragraph 1 (de) of the Convention.

Des copies certifiées conformes du contrat général d’assurance mentionné sous a) doivent être communiquées immédiatement par les autorités compétentes de chaque Partie contractante à la Commission de contrôle TIR, accompagnées de copies certifiées conformes du contrat écrit approuvé ou de tout autre instrument juridique établi entre l’association et les autorités compétentes de la Partie contractante, en application de l’alinéa de) du premier paragraphe de la première partie de l’annexe 9 de la Convention.

Заверенные и одобренные копии всеобъемлющего договора страхования, упомянутого в подпункте а), незамедлительно препровождаются Исполнительному совету МДП компетентными органами каждой Договаривающейся стороны вместе с заверенными копиями одобренного письменного соглашения или любого другого правового документа, заключаемого между объединением и компетентными органами Договаривающейся стороны, как это требуется в соответствии с пунктом 1 de) части I приложения 9 к Конвенции.
