A method of providing a premium recycling service includes: a first step of recording data on the purchased uniform card through the matching of a unique user identification number with an ID when a user purchases a uniform card; a second step of receiving the uniform card to be recycled from the user when there is an attempt to recycle an unused uniform card; a third step of providing the user with the average price of the received uniform card, a higher price than the rating (hereinafter, the average value of uniform cards), and a uniform card of the rating (hereinafter, the value of a recycled uniform card) when the user has a recycling coupon.
