ولقد مكن تحسين مستوى المعرفة والخبرة التي اكتسبها عدد من اختصاصيينا في مجال إزالة الألغام (من ضباط ورقباء وجنود) على مر ثمانية عشر عاماً، من الانتقال إلى مرحلة التخصص، والسهر على وضع البرنامج تحت مراقبة مشرفين وطنيين يضمنون مراعاة المعايير والإجراءات المحددة على الصعيد الدولي مراعاة دقيقة (المعايير الدولية لمكافحة الألغام ومعايير دائرة مكافحة الألغام)، بغية إعداد عمليات إزالة الألغام لأغراض إنسانية، بالتشاور والتعاون مع المشرفين الدوليين التابعين لبعثة تقديم المساعدة على إزالة الألغام في أمريكا الوسطى/مجلس الدفاع المشترك بين البلدان الأمريكية، الذين يصدقون على أنشطة المراقبة الوطنية وأنشطة الوحدات الصغيرة وفقاً للمعايير والإجراءات المقررة.

The knowledge and experience accumulated by our deminers (officers, sergeants and soldiers) over more than 18 years means that they are now specialists in the subject, and that the Programme has its own national supervisors, who ensure strict compliance with international regulations and procedures (International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) and the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS)) when carrying out humanitarian demining operations. They work in cooperation with international monitors from the Mine Removal Assistance Mission for Central America of the Inter‐American Defense Board (MARMINCA/IADB) who certify the work of national supervisors and of small units, in accordance with the established regulations and procedures.

El desarrollo en los conocimientos y experiencia acumulada de más de 18 años en muchos de nuestros zapadores (oficiales, sargentos y soldados), ha permitido pasar a la especialización, garantizando que el mismo programa tenga sus supervisores nacionales que garantizan el cumplimiento estricto de las normas y procedimientos establecidos internacionalmente (IMAS y UNMAS), para el desarrollo de las operaciones de desminado humanitario, trabajando en conjunto y en cooperación con los monitores internacionales de MARMINCA/JID que certifican la actuación de la supervisión nacional y de las pequeñas unidades, en el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos establecidos.

L’amélioration des connaissances et l’expérience accumulée pendant plus de dix‐huit ans par nombre de nos démineurs (officiers, sergents et soldats) ont permis de passer à une phase de spécialisation, de veiller à ce que le programme soit soumis à la surveillance de superviseurs nationaux qui garantissent le strict respect des normes et procédures établies à l’échelle internationale (NILAM et normes du Service de la lutte antimines), aux fins de la mise au point des opérations de déminage humanitaire, en agissant en concertation et en coopération avec les surveillants internationaux de la Mission d’assistance pour l’enlèvement des mines en Amérique centrale/Organisation interaméricaine de défense (MARMINCA/JID), qui certifient les activités de surveillance nationale et des petites unités, conformément aux normes et procédures établies.

Наращивание знаний и опыта, накопленного более чем за 18 лет многими из наших саперов (офицеры, сержанты и солдаты), позволило перейти к специализации, позаботившись о том, чтобы программа имела своих национальных руководителей, которые обеспечивали бы строгое соблюдение стандартов и процедур, установленных на международном уровне (ИМАС и ЮНМАС), с целью разработки операций по гуманитарному разминированию, действуя совместно и в сотрудничестве с международными наблюдателями МАРМИНКА/МАСО, которые удостоверяют функционирование национального мониторинга и малых подразделений с соблюдением установленных стандартов и процедур.
