Si bien sólo pueden verse con satisfacción los progresos alcanzados en el diálogo intercongoleño encaminado al restablecimiento de la democracia, causan gran preocupación las violaciones de la cesación del fuego, el desbordamiento del conflicto hacia los países vecinos y las violaciones de los derechos humanos en la República Democrática del Congo.
