١7- ويُطلب إلى الجهات المانحة أن تبلغ قسم العلاقات مع المانحين والعلاقات الخارجية بالمفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان لدى دفع أي تبرع (وموافاته بنسخة من أمر التحويل المصرفي أو من الشيك) لتيسير متابعة إجراءات التسجيل الرسمية على نحو فعال وإعداد تقارير الأمين العام.

Donors are requested to inform the Donor and External Relations Section of OHCHR when a payment has been made (including a copy of the bank transfer order or of the cheque) to facilitate effective follow-up to the official recording procedure and preparation of reports of the Secretary-General.

Los donantes deberán comunicar a la Sección de Donantes y Relaciones Externas del ACNUDH que han efectuado el pago (e incluir una copia de la orden de transferencia bancaria o del cheque) para facilitar el seguimiento eficaz del procedimiento de registro oficial y la elaboración de los informes del Secretario General.

Les donateurs sont priés d’informer la Section des relations extérieures et des donateurs du Haut-Commissariat aux droits de l’homme lorsqu’ils effectuent un versement (en fournissant une copie de l’ordre de virement ou du chèque), afin de faciliter la procédure officielle d’enregistrement et l’élaboration des rapports du Secrétaire général.
