According to the present invention, the number of H-MDSCs is increased by administration of sodium taurodeoxycholate (HY-2191) in a mouse in which inflammation is induced by administration of lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and the increased H-MDSCs reveal a marked therapeutic effect on sepsis.
