ويساور اللجنة القلق إزاء استمرار التفاوت في تطبيق مبدأ إعداد الفواتير بالجملة عن الخدمات الصحية في الأرياف، الأمر الذي قد يؤدي إلى تعرض الريفيات لمصاعب في الحصول على الخدمات الصحية، وذلك كله رغم تنامي معدل إعداد الفواتير بهذه الطريقة بوجه عام.

The Committee is concerned that although the rate of bulk billing for health services is increasing, there is still a disparity in the application of this principle in the rural areas and that, consequently, rural women may face difficulties in accessing health services.

Al Comité le preocupa que, aunque los gastos en servicios sociales estén aumentando en general, este principio no se aplique con uniformidad en las zonas rurales, por lo cual las mujeres de esas zonas pueden tener dificultades para obtener acceso a los servicios sanitarios.
