وأمام المحكمة الابتدائية، ادَّعى البائع أنَّ المشتري لم يسدِّد قيمة أربع فواتير، في حين احتج المشتري بأنَّ أجزاء من السجاد كانت تالفة، الأمر الذي أسفر عن شكاوى من زبائنه.
