Die Kommission nimmt die Verpflichtung von Sinochem, staatliche Einfuhr- und Ausfuhrgesellschaft Chinas für Chemikalien, im Rahmen des Antidumpingverfahrens betreffend die Einfuhr von Paracetamol (INN) in Kristall- oder Pulverform (Tarifstelle 29.25 III ex b) des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs, NIMEXE-Kennziffer 29.25-53) mit Ursprung in China an.

Με την παρούσα απόφαση η Επιτροπή δέχεται την ανάληψη υποχρεώσεως εκ μέρους της Sinochem, China National Chemicals Import and Export Corporation, σε συνάρτηση με τη διαδικασία αντιντάμπινγκ που αφορά την παρακεταμόλη (INN) σε κρυστάλλους ή σκόνη καταγωγής Κίνας (διάκριση 29.25 ΙΙΙ ex β) του Κοινού Δασμολογίου, κώδικας NIMEXE: 29.25-53).
