본 발명에 따르는 스코프 탈착식 의료용 영상 진단장치는 스코프(10)가 몸체(10') 전면에 투시 관(11)이 설치되며, 상기 몸체(10') 후면에 거치 돌기(12)가 형성되고, 상기 몸체(10') 하면에 로킹 홈(13a)을 갖는 레그(13)가 형성되며, 영상 송신기(100)가 하우징(100') 상부 전면에 상기 거치 돌기(12)가 탈착 가능하게 결합할 수 있도록 거치 홈(111)을 갖는 스코프 거치부(110)가 형성되고, 하우징(100') 중간에 레그(13)가 지지되는 스코프 지지 부(120)가 형성되어, 투시 관(11)의 사이즈가 상이한 여러 종류의 상기 스코프(10)를 택일하여 영상 송신기(100)에 탈착 가능하게 결합할 수 있는 구조를 갖는다.
