Without prejudice capacities(measures) to be taken by the Customer towards the Carrier such as described in the article 4, the possible contestings concerning the quality, the quantity, the type of supplied Product and any visible vice(defect) must be carried(worn) in our knowledge within 48 hours by the delivery by registered letter with recorded delivery sent to FOIE GRAS QUILLOT, by clarifying the number of the concerned invoice and your Customer number.

Sin perjuicio disposiciones que toman por el Cliente enfrente del Transportista a tales como descritas al artículo 4, las contestaciones eventuales que concernirán a la calidad, la cantidad, el tipo de Producto surtido y todo vicio aparente deberán ser llevadas a nuestro conocimiento en las 48 horas de la entrega por carta certificada con AR enviado(dirigido) a FOIE GRAS QUILLOT, precisando el número de la factura concernida y su número Cliente.
