تطلب إلى فرع منع الإرهاب التابع لمكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة في فيينا أن يواصل جهوده الرامية إلى تعزيز قدرات الأمم المتحدة في مجال منع الإرهاب، من خلال الولاية المنوطة به، وتقر، في سياق استراتيجية الأمم المتحدة العالمية لمكافحة الإرهاب وقرار مجلس الأمن 1373 (2001)، بدوره في مساعدة الدول على أن تصبح أطرافا في الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات الدولية المتصلة بالإرهاب وعلى تطبيق تلك الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات، بما في ذلك أحدثها عهدا، وبدوره في تعزيز آليات التعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتصلة بالإرهاب، بوسائل منها بناء القدرات الوطنية؛

ersucht die Unterabteilung Terrorismusverhütung des Büros der Vereinten Nationen für Drogen- und Verbrechensbekämpfung in Wien, weitere Anstrengungen zu unternehmen, um kraft ihres Mandats die Kapazitäten der Vereinten Nationen auf dem Gebiet der Terrorismusverhütung auszubauen, und erkennt im Zusammenhang mit der Weltweiten Strategie der Vereinten Nationen zur Bekämpfung des Terrorismus und mit Resolution 1373 (2001) des Sicherheitsrats die Rolle an, die ihr dabei zufällt, den Staaten behilflich zu sein, Vertragsparteien der einschlägigen internationalen Übereinkünfte und Protokolle betreffend den Terrorismus, einschließlich der in jüngster Zeit verabschiedeten, zu werden und diese durchzuführen, und die Mechanismen der internationalen Zusammenarbeit in Strafsachen im Zusammenhang mit dem Terrorismus zu stärken, so auch durch den Aufbau nationaler Kapazitäten;

Requests the Terrorism Prevention Branch of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna to continue its efforts to enhance, through its mandate, the capabilities of the United Nations in the prevention of terrorism, and recognizes, in the context of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy and Security Council resolution 1373 (2001), its role in assisting States in becoming parties to and implementing the relevant international conventions and protocols relating to terrorism, including the most recent among them, and in strengthening international cooperation mechanisms in criminal matters related to terrorism, including through national capacity-building;

Solicita a la Subdivisión de Prevención del Terrorismo de la Oficina contra la Droga y el Delito, con sede en Viena, que continúe con sus esfuerzos por mejorar, en cumplimiento de su mandato, la capacidad de las Naciones Unidas en materia de prevención del terrorismo, y reconoce, en el contexto de la Estrategia global de las Naciones Unidas contra el terrorismo y la resolución 1373 (2001) del Consejo de Seguridad, el papel que le corresponde de prestar asistencia a los Estados para que se hagan parte en los convenios, convenciones y protocolos internacionales pertinentes relativos al terrorismo y los apliquen, incluidos los más recientes, y refuercen los mecanismos internacionales de cooperación en asuntos penales relacionados con el terrorismo, incluso mediante la formación de capacidad nacional;

Demande au Service de la prévention du terrorisme de l’Office des Nations Unies contre la drogue et le crime de Vienne de s’employer encore à renforcer, dans le cadre de ses attributions, les capacités du système des Nations Unies en matière de prévention du terrorisme et apprécie, dans le contexte de la Stratégie antiterroriste mondiale des Nations Unies et de la résolution 1373 (2001) du Conseil de sécurité, le rôle qu’il joue s’agissant d’aider les États à devenir parties aux conventions et protocoles internationaux relatifs au terrorisme et à les appliquer, notamment les plus récents d’entre eux, et de renforcer les mécanismes de coopération internationale en matière pénale ayant trait au terrorisme, notamment en développant les capacités nationales ;

просит Сектор по предупреждению терроризма Управления Организации Объединенных Наций по наркотикам и преступности в Вене продолжать свои усилия по укреплению на основе его мандата способности Организации Объединенных Наций предупреждать терроризм и в контексте Глобальной контртеррористической стратегии Организации Объединенных Наций и резолюции 1373 (2001) Совета Безопасности признает его роль в оказании государствам помощи в присоединении к соответствующим международным конвенциям и протоколам, касающимся терроризма, и их осуществлении, включая самые последние из них, и в укреплении механизмов международного сотрудничества по уголовным делам, связанным с терроризмом, в том числе посредством создания национального потенциала;
