وتتألف أمانة الموائد المستديرة من جامعة الدول العربية والمكتب الإقليمي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة لغرب آسيا، ولجنة الأمم المتحدة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغربي آسيا، ومركز البيئة والتنمية للمنطقة العربية وأوروبا، ومركز وطني للإنتاج الأنظف، ومنظمة غير حكومية إقليمية، وأحد صناديق الاستثمار على أساس تناوبي.

The secretariat for the round-table discussions comprises the League of Arab States, the UNEP Regional Office for West Asia, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia, the Centre for Environment and Development for the Arab Region and Europe, a national cleaner production centre, a regional non‐governmental organization and, on a rotating basis, an investment fund.

En la secretaría que presta servicios a los debates de mesa redonda participan la Liga de los Estados Árabes, la Oficina Regional para Asia Occidental del PNUMA, la Comisión Económica y Social de las Naciones Unidas para Asia Occidental, el Centro para el Medio Ambiente y el Desarrollo de la región Árabe y Europa, un centro nacional de producción menos contaminante, una organización no gubernamental regional y, en un ciclo de rotación, un fondo de inversión.
