A simple solution for these problems, is to access from the left side but through the distal radial artery; i.e. from the dorsal part of the hand and at the level of the anatomical snuffbox (foveola radialis), which has been called left distal transradial access (ldTRA).

Una solución simple a estos inconvenientes, es acceder desde el lado izquierdo pero a través de la arteria radial distal, es decir desde la parte dorsal de la mano y a la altura de la tabaquera anatómica (foveola radialis), lo que se ha dado a conocer como el abordaje transradial izquierdo distal (TRId).
