The present invention provides a battery module assembly comprising: two or more sub-modules, which include two or more unit modules stacked in the vertical direction from the ground to form a refrigerant fluid channel on a laminate interface and are arranged in the lateral direction while being spaced apart from each other to provide the refrigerant fluid channel; a base plate on which the sub-modules are mounted; side cover plates which are mounted to side portions of the sub-modules, respectively, each of the side cover plates including one or more refrigerant inlets through which a refrigerant can be introduced; and a bracket for fixing ends of the sub-modules to each other and having a refrigerant outlet formed therein to communicate with the refrigerant fluid channel.
