The costs of investment and operation resulting from the conduct of tasks assigned to the National Narcotic Drugs Directorate shall be covered by the budget of the National Narcotic Drugs Council Revolving Fund for Prevention, Law Enforcement and Rehabilitation created by article 97 of Law No. 30 of 1986.

Los gastos de inversión y funcionamiento que demande la ejecución de las funciones asignadas a la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes, serán sufragados con cargo al presupuesto del Fondo Rotatorio de Prevención, Represión y Rehabilitación del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, creado por el artículo 97 de la Ley 30 de 1986.
