وفي مجال تحسين البنية الأساسية، أتمت المحكمة في منتصف عام 2000 مشروعا رئيسيا لتجديد وتوسيع مكاتب كيغالي شمل إقامة حائط أمني محيطي حول مجمع أماهورو وتشييد 75 مكتبا سابق التجهيز كانت لازمة بشكل عاجل لإيواء الموظفين في مكتب المدعي العام.

In the area of infrastructure improvement, the Tribunal in mid-2000 concluded a major project to renovate and expand the Kigali offices, which included the erection of a security perimeter wall around the Amahoro compound and the construction of 75 prefabricated offices urgently needed to house staff members in the Office of the Prosecutor.
