The orthotic insert (20) is arched upwards at the lateral side extremity, so that it flexes downwards as it yields to the movement of the heel (H), with the frontal extremity part (32) of the orthotic insert (20) moving simultaneously upwards; yet it elastically regains its initial arched, unrestricted shape when the toes (T) bear down, which creates a spring-like impetus for walking.

L'orthèse (20) est arquée vers le haut en vue de bord de côté latéral, de façon à fléchir vers le bas en cédant sous l'action du coup de talon (H) - avec une élévation simultanée de la partie d'extrémité (32) avant de l'orthèse (20) - mais à reprendre de façon élastique sa forme initiale arquée non contrainte au moment de l'appui des orteils (T), afin de fournir une impulsion à effet de ressort durant la marche.
