وفيما يخص الفقرة 39، اقترح وضع الجملة الأولى بأكملها في صيغة الجمع، ووضع الجزء الأول من الجملة الأخيرة بين قوسين معقوفين ("في هذه الحدود ومع مراعاة القاعدة المطلقة لعدم جواز قبول أدلة الإثبات التي يتم الحصول عليها مخالفة للمادة 7") والتي تتوقف صياغتها على الجملة التي ستعتمد للفقرة 5.

In paragraph 39, the entire first sentence should be placed in the plural, and the first part of the last sentence should be placed in square brackets (“Within these limits, and subject to the overriding rule that evidence obtained in violation of article 7 may never be admitted”), the formulation of which depended on the wording adopted for paragraph 5.
