وتوجد أمام اللجنة التحضيرية والمؤتمر الاستعراضي لعام 2015 مهمة تتمثل في معالجة الشواغل التي تساور الدول غير الحائزة للأسلحة النووية نتيجة لتطوير ونشر أسلحة نووية جديدة ووسائل لإيصالها، وفي التخفيف من حدة هذه الشواغل عن طريق النظر في اتخاذ قرار بشأن حظر تطوير وتحديث وإنتاج أي أسلحة نووية جديدة، ولا سيما الأسلحة النووية المصغّرة، وكذلك حظر تشييد أي مرافق جديدة لتطوير ونشر وإنتاج الأسلحة النووية ووسائل إيصالها سواء داخل البلد أو في البلدان الأجنبية.

The Preparatory Committee and the 2015 Review Conference have the task of addressing the concerns of the non-nuclear-weapon States emanating from the development and deployment of new nuclear weapons and their means of delivery, and of alleviating these concerns by considering a decision on the prohibition of the development, the modernization and the production of any new nuclear weapons, particularly mini-nuclear weapons, as well as a ban on the construction of any new facility for the development, deployment and production of nuclear weapons and their means of delivery in home and foreign countries.

El Comité Preparatorio y la Conferencia de Examen de 2015 tienen la tarea de abordar las inquietudes de los Estados no poseedores de armas nucleares ante el desarrollo y el despliegue de nuevas armas de ese tipo y sus vectores, y de disiparlas estudiando la posibilidad de adoptar una decisión sobre la prohibición del desarrollo, la modernización y la producción de cualquier arma nuclear nueva, particularmente de miniarmas nucleares, así como una prohibición de la construcción de nuevas instalaciones para el desarrollo, el despliegue y la producción de armas nucleares y sus vectores a nivel nacional y en el extranjero.

Le Comité préparatoire et la Conférence des Parties chargée d’examiner le Traité sur la non-prolifération des armes nucléaires en 2015 devraient répondre aux préoccupations que la mise au point et le déploiement de nouvelles armes nucléaires et de leurs vecteurs suscitent dans les États non dotés d’armes nucléaires, et dissiper ces préoccupations en envisageant d’interdire la mise au point, la modernisation et la production d’armes nucléaires nouvelles, en particulier de mini-armes nucléaires, ainsi que la construction de toute nouvelle installation de mise au point, de déploiement ou de production d’armes nucléaires et de leurs vecteurs sur le territoire national ou à l’étranger.

Перед Подготовительным комитетом и Обзорной конференцией 2015 года стоит задача рассмотреть обеспокоенность не обладающих ядерным оружием государств, порождаемую разработкой и развертыванием новых ядерных вооружений и средств их доставки, и частично смягчить эту обеспокоенность, обдумав решение о том, чтобы запретить разработку, модернизацию и производство любых новых ядерных вооружений, в особенности малогабаритных ядерных боеприпасов, а также запретить строительство любых новых объектов, связанных с разработкой, развертыванием и производством ядерных вооружений и средств их доставки, на национальной территории и в зарубежных странах.
