وتطلب إليها إحالة هذه الملاحظات الختامية إلى البرلمان الاتحادي، وجميع الوزارات الاتحادية المعنية، والحكومات والبرلمانات في المجتمعات والأقاليم الناطقة باللغات الفلمنكية والفرنسية والألمانية وإقليم بروكسل العاصمة، وإلى الجهاز القضائي، لكفالة تنفيذها التام.

It calls upon the State party to submit the present concluding observations to the Federal Parliament, to all relevant federal ministries, to the governments and parliaments of the Flemish-, French- and German-speaking Communities and of the Flemish, Walloon and Brussels-Capital Regions and to the judiciary, so as to ensure their full implementation.

Urge al Estado parte a que remita las presentes observaciones finales al Parlamento federal, a todos los ministerios competentes, a los gobiernos y parlamentos de las comunidades flamenca, valona y germanohablante, así como a las regiones flamenca, valona y de Bruselas-Capital y al sistema judicial, a fin de garantizar su aplicación íntegra.
