본 발명은 휴대용 조명장치에 관한 것으로, 차량의 운행시 차량이 고장날 경우 차량용 삼각대와 휴대용 손전등으로 사용할 수 있도록 전면 케이스와 후면 케이스로 이루어진 본체에 태양전지와 복수의 표시등과 손잡이가 형성되고, 본체의 상부에는 "U"자 형상으로 이루어진 안착부가 형성되어 조명장치가 정해진 각도로 조절이 가능하도록 결합되며, 본체의 내부에는 태양전지에서 생선된 전원을 충전하는 축전지가 메인 기판과 전기적으로 연결되어 본체의 일측에 형성된 파워스위치의 작동에 의해서 조명장치의 LED가 점등된다.
