Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein kontinuierliches Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fettsäureamiden, indem mindestens eine Fettsäure der Formel R3-COOH (I), worin R3 für einen gegebenenfalls substituierten aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest steht, mit mindestens einem Amin der Formel HNR1R2 (Il), worin R1 und R2 unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder einen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 bis 100 C-Atomen stehen, zu einem Ammoniumsalz umgesetzt wird und dieses Ammoniumsalz nachfolgend unter Mikrowellenbestrahlung in einem Reaktionsrohr, dessen Längsachse sich in der Ausbreitungsrichtung der Mikrowellen eines Monomode-Mikrowellenapplikators befindet, zum Fettsäureamid umgesetzt wird.

The invention relates to a continuous method for producing fatty acid amides, according to which at least one fatty acid of formula R3-COOH (I), wherein R3 is an optionally substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon radical, is reacted with at least one amine of formula HNR1R2 (II), wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or a hydrocarbon radical comprising between 1 and 100 C atoms, to form an ammonium salt, and said ammonium salt is then reacted to form a fatty acid amide, under microwave irradiation in a reaction pipe, the longitudinal axis of the pipe being oriented in the direction of propagation of the microwaves of a monomode microwave applicator.

Selon lequel au moins un acide gras de formule (I) R3-COOH (I), où R3 désigne un reste hydrocarbure aliphatique éventuellement substitué est mis à réagir avec au moins une amine de formule (II) HNR1R2 (II) où R1 et R2 désignent indépendamment l'un de l'autre hydrogène ou un reste hydrocarbure ayant entre 1 et 100 atomes de C, pour former un sel d'ammonium.
