Um die mit der Sprühbeschichtungspistole (1) erzielbare Beschichtungsqualität zu optimieren, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Druckgaskanal (9, 28; 10, 29) mindestens eine Druckgasabzweigung (35, 36) aufweist, über die zumindest ein Teil des dem Druckgaskanal (9, 28; 10, 29) zugefügten Druckgases dem Beschichtungspulverkanal (11, 26) zugeführt wird zum Einstellen eines für die Zerstäubung am Beschichtungspulver-Sprühkopf (5) notwendigen Pulver-Luft-Gemisches und/oder zum Homogenisieren des dem Beschichtungspulverkanal (11,26) zugeführten Beschichtungspulvers.

In order to optimize the coating quality which can be achieved with the spray-coating gun (1), it is provided according to the invention that the compressed-gas channel (9, 28; 10, 29) has at least one compressed-gas branch (35, 36) via which at least some of the compressed gas added to the compressed-gas channel (9, 28; 10, 29) is supplied to the coating-powder channel (11, 26) in order to adjust a powder/air mixture necessary for atomizing at the coating-powder spray head (5) and/or for homogenizing the coating powder supplied to the coating-powder channel (11, 26).

Dans le but d'optimiser la qualité de revêtement pouvant être obtenue au moyen du pistolet pulvérisateur (1), l'invention est caractérisée en ce que le canal pour gaz comprimé (9, 28; 10, 29) présente au moins une dérivation pour gaz comprimé (35, 36), via laquelle au moins une partie du gaz comprimé amenée au canal pour gaz comprimé (9, 28; 10, 29), est amenée au canal pour poudre de revêtement (11, 26), en vue d'assurer le réglage d'un mélange poudre-air, nécessaire pour la pulvérisation à la tête de pulvérisation de la poudre de revêtement (5), et/ou d'assurer l'homogénéisation de la poudre de revêtement amenée au canal pour poudre de revêtement (11, 26).
