The present invention relates to a device and a method for detecting errors from drawing information such as computer aided design (CAD) information that is created by using a computer, the device comprising: an input unit for receiving the drawing information; an extraction unit for extracting, from the drawing information, member list information including information on the sizes of each member; a confirmation unit for confirming the drawing mark states of drawing objects forming each drawing included in the drawing information; and a control unit for detecting whether there are errors in the drawing mark states of the drawing objects by comparing the size information of the respective members corresponding to the drawing objects and the drawing mark states of the respective drawing objects.

본 발명은 CAD(Computer Aided Design) 정보 등 컴퓨터를 이용하여 작성되는 도면 정보로부터 오류를 검출하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 도면 정보를 입력받는 입력부와, 상기 도면 정보로부터 각 부재의 규격에 대한 정보를 포함하는 부재목록정보를 추출하는 추출부와, 상기 도면 정보에 포함된 각 도면을 구성하는 도면 객체들의 도면 표기 상태를 확인하는 확인부, 및, 상기 도면 객체들에 대응되는 각 부재들의 규격 정보와, 상기 도면 객체들 각각의 도면 표기 상태를 비교하여 상기 도면 객체들의 도면 표기 상태에 오류가 있는지를 검출하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
