Das Verfahren zur chlorfreien Filzfreiausrüstung von Wolle umfasst die Schritte: a) Aufbringen einer Lösung auf die Wolle, wobei die Lösung ein Oxidationsmittel basierend auf Peroxomonoschwefelsäure und ein Tensid aufweist, b) Einwirkenlassen der Lösung auf die Wolle, um den Oxidationsvorgang abzuschließen, c) Auswaschen der Reaktionsfolgeprodukte aus der Wolle, d) Behandlung der Wolle mit einem Reduktionsmittel, und e) Nachwäsche, wobei die Schritte kontinuierlich ablaufen.

The method for chlorine-free anti-felting treatment of wool comprises the steps of: (a) applying a solution to the wool, the solution containing oxidizing agents based on peroxymonosulfuric sulphuric acid and a surfactant, (b) allowing the solution to act on the wool so as to complete the oxidation process, (c) washing the reaction products out of the wool, (d) treating the wool with a reducing agent, and (e) rewashing; wherein the steps are carried out continuously.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour le traitement infeutrable exempt de chlore de la laine, comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) appliquer une solution sur la laine, la solution présentant un oxydant à base d'acide peroxomonosulfurique et un agent tensioactif, b) laisser agir la solution sur la laine pour terminer le processus d'oxydation, c) éliminer par lavage les produits de réaction de la laine, d) traiter la laine avec un agent de réduction et e) réaliser un post-lavage, les étapes se déroulant en continu.
