صحيح أن هذا ما فعلناه في العام الماضي أثناء الرئاسة البلجيكية، ولكننا أحرزنا في هذا العام، بفضل قيادة السفير الكندي والسفير الشيلي، تقدماً إذ لم تناقش هذه البنود في جلسات غير رسمية وإنما في جلسات علنية.

Because I recall this was just exactly what we have done last year during the Belgian presidency, and this year, thanks to the leadership of the Canadian Ambassador and the Chilean Ambassador, we made progress to move from the informal meeting to formal plenary meeting on those important agendas.
