En cas de problèmes majeurs de nature ecclésiastique, dogmatique et canonique, le Béatissime métropolite de Kiev et de toute l’Ukraine, de la part du Saint-Synode de son Église, doit s’adresser à notre très-saint trône patriarcal et oecuménique, cherchant son opinion faisant autorité et son ferme soutien, les droits du trône oecuménique sur l’exarchat en Ukraine et les stavropégies sacrées restant intacts.
